1)Go to our portal and click on 'submit a ticket' at the top of the page, fill out some details and click submit. You'll then recieve an e-mail from us where you'll find details about how you can track the status of your request. We'll then contact you to arrange repair and payment.
or
2)Call us directly on 020 305 11 999 or 020 8 123 1413 (9am-7pm) and we'll log the request for you and arrange everything from there. You'll still recieve an e-mail providing details about how you can track the status of your request.
